Trends for the 2015 season
No need to compromise this season if you’re looking for a change. The 2015.16 trends are all about sharp and decisive cuts with splashes of colour.
Inspired from the 60s and 70s Vidal Sassoon style and giving you a modern chic look, Ob-Shag is rocking it among celebrities. A variation on the classic bob haircut, with shorter lengths and a softer overall feeling, it suits all face types, with different gradient lengths to enhance your features and making for a seductively casual and slightly dishevelled look.
The Lob is another popular haircut on the catwalk. The mid-length cut is being sported by celebrities of Jennifer Lawrence’s calibre, who has given it her own twist by wearing a parting in the middle and adding volume to the top. You can add even more flare to the cut by adding waves on one side or curling the tips of some strands toward the outside. Lobs suit any hair colour but the 2016 favourite is burgundy or sunshine red to pulp up longer strands of hair with light effects.
If you have very long hair and have no intention of cutting it, you can still give yourself a new look without making drastic changes by thinning the tips, which will help to brighten up your face.
